Income must be 3 times the amount of rent, credit and
criminal background checks are completed, and rental
verification is completed by former landlord.

The tenant is responsible for electricity going through OG&E
Water, sewer, gas, and trash are covered by your Resident Services fee.
Do I have to have insurance?
Yes, we require $100,000 personal liability insurance.
